Our Story

Organizations were moving fast to deploy AI tools. But speed of deployment wasn't translating into change in how people actually worked.

Across industries, Microsoft Copilot was being introduced with great promise. Yet the real challenge appeared after deployment — teams needed clarity on where AI fit into their workflows, leaders needed a clear path to responsible adoption, and organizations needed a way to connect technology, people, and measurable business value.

Many organizations begin their AI journey with pilots. But pilots alone do not deliver enterprise impact. Lasting value comes from scaling AI across the organization while creating an environment where every employee is equipped to participate, experiment, and thrive.

Nancy Gharib is an enterprise transformation advisor with more than two decades of experience leading digital transformation, change management, and large-scale technology adoption across complex organizations.

A former federal executive, Nancy has advised public and private sector leaders on Microsoft 365 implementation, enterprise collaboration, and digital workplace modernization. Her work focuses on helping organizations move beyond technology deployment to sustained organizational adoption and measurable performance improvement.

Through AI Strategic Advisory Group, Nancy works with leadership teams to guide responsible AI adoption, workforce activation, and the integration of AI capabilities into everyday work.
